Clean and staff very friendly and helpful

Posotion not the best... the pool was not that clean but i guess the resson was because was been raining for some days and is a roof top pool.

that pool is open whole night. i really like it. i haven’t use it but was nice to spend time up there under the rain. the guys from staff provide to me telephone charge - he safe me.

i ask floor 7 instead of 2 and staff nicely provide it to me. but windows was towards on another building. so no view. than doesn’t matter which floor if no view. t he girls on reception doesn’t speak English at all. and it was difficult to communicate with her. i use my thai knowledge from school and than we use Google translate. i ask if breakfast include in my booking ? she said - no i ask is there is breakfast that i can pay for? she said - no a ask : there is restaurant exist ? no so in the morning i went downstairs and i found restaurant with breakfast buffet

Rooftop pool,staff were friendly and helpful.Beds comfortable and good location,nice and quiet

no mirror , gym was closed even though that’s the reason I stayed here

Etwas abseits des Trubel's gelegen , aber alles ist gut und schnell zu erreichen. Das Personal sehr sehr freundlich. Der Markt in der Nähe/in den Straßen dort , ist total cool. So ist Thailand. Leckeres Essen, tolle Früchte, interessantes Gemüse. In diesen Straßen findet man auch Café Amazon, seven eleven Supermarkt. Ich kann das Heritage Hotel durchaus empfehlen.

Nunja , vielleicht hier und da eine kleine Reparatur, vielleicht auch mal etwas frische Farbe. Der WLAN Zugang sollte besser geschützt werden.

รร มีสระว่ายน้ำ จึงจอง แต่สระ สกปรกไม่ทำความสะอาด ไม่มีการบำบัด น้ำเขียว น้ำเน่า - น้ำในห้องน้ำ ไหล เบามาก ไม่ร้อน แต่่ แอร์ห้องดี ขอย้ายห้องเปลี่ยนให้ น้ำแรงดีและร้อน แต่ ใด้แอร์ไม่เย็น สลับกัน แก้ไขไม่ใด้

ของใช้ภายในห้องพักมีน้อย ไม่มี Amenities อื่นๆเลย มีแค่สบู่กับแชมพู ซึ่งไม่สมกับราคาที่จ่าย

ได้ห้องพักติดมุมตึก ส่วนตัวมาก โรงแรมอยู่ลึกหน่อย แต่เงียบสงบดี

ในรายละเอียด บอกว่ามีอ่างด้วย พอเข้าพักไม่มี ห้องมีเศษทิชชู่ กับขวดน้ำอยู่ใต้เตียง อยากให้ดูให้ทั่วหน่อย

ห้องไม่ตรงปรก ค่อนข้างสกปรก หรร อยู่ในซอยลึก ไม่มีshuttel Bus รับส่ง ห้องน้ำมีน้ำซึม

ชอบพี่พนักงานเคาเตอร์ด้านหน้า บริการดี ช่วยยกกระเป๋า ยิ้มแย้ม พูดจามีหางเสียง พี่เขาเหมาะกับงานบริการมาก รวมถึง พี่ๆพนักงานผู้ชาย ที่ช่วยยกของ ที่นี้ดีที่สุดคือพนักงานที่บริการได้ดีมาก ตรงตามมาฒฐานพนักงานโรงแรม

????ห้องจริง กับห้องที่ลงในเว็บ ค่อยข้างแตกต่างกัน แอร์เสียงดัง ด้านหลังมีแต่ฝุ่น ม่านตรงประตู ชำรุดแต่ไม่มีการซ่อมแซม กลางคืนยุงเยอะ สรุปพักได้ถึง6โมงเย็น ต้องย้ายโรงแรม เพราะนอนไม่ได้ ทั้งเสียงแอร์ และยุง ถามพี่พนักงานแล้ว แกบอกเป็นแบบนี้ทุกห้อง เลยเกรงใจพี่เขา ตัดสินใจ ย้ายที่พักดีกว่า #พนักงานบริการดี
